A: Refunds may be requested if you reach out to cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped. The only reason a refund would be issued after shipment is due to quality defects. If you feel the product(s) you received are defective, please contact us.

A: Print-on-demand (POD) are services that produce customized goods as orders are recived instead of in bulk. This helps to reduce costs, carbon footprint, and overproduction. ttaglishop uses Printful for POD services.
Shipping Information
ttalgishop uses USPS as a carrier for all orders to ensure the lowest shipping cost possible.
Orders are ONLY shipped on Wednesday and Saturday each week and WILL NOT be sent out same-day, kindly account for this processing time when placing your order.

Print-On-Demand Products:
Some products are print-on-demand by Printful and will be fulfilled and shipped by their warehouse. They determine shipping costs, available delivery locations, and carriers.
All print-on-demand products will have a note on the product page identifying them as such.
